Terms of Service

1. Service and eligibility

CreatorQueue is subscription software for managing a content production workflow. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement.

The Free plan requires no card. Current paid pricing, currency, taxes, and scope are shown in Paddle Checkout before purchase. No trial is offered.

2. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for access to your sign-in email, device security, accurate account details, and activity under your account.

You may not use the service unlawfully, infringe others' rights, violate YouTube/Google terms, bypass security, reverse engineer protected parts, or damage the service through automated traffic.

3. Your content

You retain rights in content you enter. You grant only the limited license needed to operate, store, back up, and display it to you.

You are responsible for the legality of your content and having the rights needed to use it. CreatorQueue does not sell your content for advertising.

4. Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Paddle acts as seller/Merchant of Record for paid transactions and handles payment, tax, invoicing, and buyer operations. Paddle Buyer Terms and checkout terms apply.

Subscriptions renew for the selected period until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal in Settings; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds are handled under applicable law and Paddle's policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy

5. Service changes

Features may change for security, legal, or product reasons. Material price or term changes will be notified in advance where required.

Interruptions or API changes at YouTube, Google, Paddle, Supabase, or other providers may temporarily affect features.

6. Account closure

You can export data before requesting deletion. The request starts a 7-day recovery period; after it ends, account and workspace data are deleted and subscription renewal is stopped.

Access may be suspended for serious breach, security risk, or legal requirements. Required record retention and accrued rights survive.

7. Liability and law

The service is provided with reasonable care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. Except where liability cannot be limited, indirect loss is excluded.

Turkish law applies, without removing mandatory rights or forums available to consumers in their place of residence.
